Sugar-coated ibuprofen tablets.

Nurofen sugar-coated ibuprofen tablets deliver fast and effective anti-inflammatory pain relief. They can be used to alleviate symptoms such as headaches and migraine pain, dental pain and neuralgia, period pain, rheumatic, muscular and back pain, and symptoms of cold and flu. The tablets are suitable for adults and children over 12 years old.

Warnings and cautions

  • Do not give to children under 12 years old
  • As with some pain relievers, do not take if you:
    • Experience symptoms of dengue fever (e.g. high fever, severe headache, muscle and joint pains)
    • Have or have ever had a stomach ulcer, perforation or bleeding
    • Are allergic to ibuprofen, to any of the ingredients, or to aspirin or other painkillers
    • Are taking other NSAID pain killers (eg. Ibuprofen, naproxen or aspirin) with a daily does above 75mg
    • Have severe kidney, liver or heart problems
  • The use of ibuprofen during pregnancy should if possible, be avoided
  • Keep out of reach of children

How to use

  1. For oral administration and short-term use only.
  2. Adults and children over 12 years old: Swallow 1 or 2 tablets with water, up to three times a day as required.
  3. Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
  4. Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours.

Pharmacy Medicines delivery

Pharmacy Medicines will need to be signed for by someone aged 18 or over. If there isn't anyone in who can sign for your order, you can change your delivery date using the courier's website or app. The pharmacy team may need to contact you by phone for additional information. Please ensure that the contact details you provide during checkout are correct. If they are unable to reach you, the order may be cancelled.

Unfortunately, your order can't be left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or diverted to a ParcelShop. The courier will try to deliver it three times before they return it to us.

Purchasing in bulk/high unit volume

Please note that when purchasing high unit volumes of single lines (10+ units) delivery promotions are null and void.
This is a result of high-volume orders not being able to be dispatched via our normal third-party fulfilment.
As a result for any excessive bulk orders of single lines, we will be in touch regarding your order to discuss further delivery costs that will be incurred.
