Product description
Panadol Night provides effective relief of nighttime pain which may be causing difficulty in getting some sleep. The active components include Paracetamol, for effective relief of mild-moderate pain and Diphenhydramine hydrochloride, an antihistamine that produces sleepiness. The dual action helps manage discomfort that keeps you awake at night. Only to be taken at bedtime, for short-term treatment only.

Warnings and cautions

Do not take If you have ever had an allergic reaction to paracetamol, diphenhydramine hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients

Do not take it If you have porphyria (too much of the pigment called porphyrin which may discolour the urine)

Do not take it if you have taken another medicine containing paracetamol in the last 4 hours.

This product contains paracetamol, do not take any other products containing paracetamol while taking this medicine. Using this product alongside other products that contain paracetamol could result in an overdose

Do not take with other antihistamine-containing products, including those used on the skin or in any cough and cold medicines.

Do not drive or operate machinery. This may cause drowsiness.

Patients must be strongly advised not to take other sedative medications or consume alcohol concurrently.

Do not take it if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or breastfeeding.

If your nighttime pain persists for more than 7 days, or if your headache becomes persistent, consult your doctor.

Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Use with caution in the elderly, do not give to elderly patients with confusion.
How to use
expand_moreAdults and children aged over 16 years
- Two tablets to be taken 20 minutes before bedtime. Do not take more than 2 tablets in 24 hours.
- Do not take Panadol Night if you have already taken 4 doses of a paracetamol-containing product during the day
- Do not exceed the stated dose or frequency of dosing.
- Do not give to children under 16 years of age.
- Do not take for more than 7 consecutive nights without consulting your doctor
- Oral administration at bedtime only.
- If you have any questions after you have bought this medication, please speak to your pharmacist.
- Please read the enclosed leaflet thoroughly before use. The manufacturer periodically updates Patient Information Leaflets.
- Seek immediate medical advice in the case of an overdose, even if you are feeling well.

Pharmacy Medicines delivery
Pharmacy Medicines will need to be signed for by someone aged 18 or over. If there isn't anyone in who can sign for your order, you can change your delivery date using the courier's website or app. The pharmacy team may need to contact you by phone for additional information. Please ensure that the contact details you provide during checkout are correct. If they are unable to reach you, the order may be cancelled.
Unfortunately, your order can't be left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or diverted to a ParcelShop. The courier will try to deliver it three times before they return it to us.
Purchasing in bulk/high unit volume
Please note that when purchasing high unit volumes of single lines (10+ units) delivery promotions are null and void.
This is a result of high-volume orders not being able to be dispatched via our normal third-party fulfilment.
As a result for any excessive bulk orders of single lines, we will be in touch regarding your order to discuss further delivery costs that will be incurred.
