Warnings and cautions

  • Should your symptoms persist or worsen, or you experience any other side effects or burning, stop using the drops and seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist
  • Drops should only be used in the ear
  • Avoid contact with eyes, in case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water and consult a doctor
  • Do not use if the ear drum has been damaged or perforated, there is an infection or any problems with ears (eczema, itching sensation, dermatitis or any other skin problem)
  • Do not swallow
  • Do not use at the same time as any other ear drop preparations
  • Do not insert hearing aids immediately after use but allow at least 15 minutes for any residue to be removed
  • These ear drops can not be used in children below 6 months of age
  • If you are in any doubt whether this product is suitable for you, talk to your doctor, nurse or pharmacist

How to use

  1. Tilt head to one side with the affected ear facing upwards.
  2. Avoid touching the ear with the dropper and do not put dropper into the ear canal.
  3. Drop 2 drops into the ear.
  4. Allow a few minutes for the drops to reach the ear drum, keeping the head tilted.
  5. Keep the drops in the ear.
  6. Use the drops three times a day for up to 3 days.
  7. Repeat with other ear if required.
  8. If there are no improvements after 3 days or if you feel worse, consult your doctor.
  9. It is necessary to protect the ear with cotton wool when used in children.

Pharmacy Medicines delivery

Pharmacy Medicines will need to be signed for by someone aged 18 or over. If there isn't anyone in who can sign for your order, you can change your delivery date using the courier's website or app. The pharmacy team may need to contact you by phone for additional information. Please ensure that the contact details you provide during checkout are correct. If they are unable to reach you, the order may be cancelled.

Unfortunately, your order can't be left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or diverted to a ParcelShop. The courier will try to deliver it three times before they return it to us.

Purchasing in bulk/high unit volume

Please note that when purchasing high unit volumes of single lines (10+ units) delivery promotions are null and void.
This is a result of high-volume orders not being able to be dispatched via our normal third-party fulfilment.
As a result for any excessive bulk orders of single lines, we will be in touch regarding your order to discuss further delivery costs that will be incurred.
