Product description

Soften any earwax and remove easily with these ear drops.

Ear wax is a natural, oily substance produced to protect the eardrum. In some people the wax can build up which can lead to partial hearing loss or ear pain. Express ear drops contains glycerol to gently soften the wax and urea hydrogen peroxide which releases oxygen to break up earwax making it easier to remove.

Warnings and cautions

  • Children should receive medical diagnosis before using these drops to confirm earwax is present
  • Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are using any other medication in your ears
  • Do not use if you are allergic or sensitive to express ear drops
  • Do not use if the ear is infected, inflammed or bleeding or if the eardrum is ruptured
  • There are no known side effects when using express ear drops but if you experience any irritation or other effects, stop using them and tell your doctor or pharmacist
  • Avoid contact with the eyes, in case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water and consult a doctor
  • If symptoms persist, consult your doctor

How to use

  1. Check that the nozzle and bottle are not damaged or broken before use.
  2. Tilt the head to one side with the affected ear facing upwards.
  3. Avoid touching the ear with the nozzle and do not put nozzle into the ear canal.
  4. Drop 3 to 6 drops into the ear and gently massage around the outside of the ear.
  5. Keep the drops in the ear for a few minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water, to remove the remaining earwax.
  6. Gently wipe the nozzle with clean cotton wool after use.
  7. Use once or twice a day, for up to 6 days if necessary.
  8. Repeat with other ear if required.
  9. The doctor, nurse, or specialist may advise you with specific instructions for using the drops depending on the severity of the wax problem.
  10. You should follow the instructions to ensure removal of wax.

Pharmacy Medicines delivery

Pharmacy Medicines will need to be signed for by someone aged 18 or over. If there isn't anyone in who can sign for your order, you can change your delivery date using the courier's website or app. The pharmacy team may need to contact you by phone for additional information. Please ensure that the contact details you provide during checkout are correct. If they are unable to reach you, the order may be cancelled.

Unfortunately, your order can't be left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or diverted to a ParcelShop. The courier will try to deliver it three times before they return it to us.

Purchasing in bulk/high unit volume

Please note that when purchasing high unit volumes of single lines (10+ units) delivery promotions are null and void.
This is a result of high-volume orders not being able to be dispatched via our normal third-party fulfilment.
As a result for any excessive bulk orders of single lines, we will be in touch regarding your order to discuss further delivery costs that will be incurred.
