Keeping minds in mind

Approved by our Clinical team | Oct 8, 2021

This autumn/winter we are running a mental health campaign across our social media channels to highlight the importance of our mental health and to encourage important conversations about looking after ourselves. Did you know that 49% of under 25's feel stressed or anxious at least 3 times a week?

We want to make sure everyone understands more about mental health and the impact it can have on everyday life.

Throughout the #KeepingMindsinMind campaign, we’ll be discussing areas such as stress, mental wellbeing, loneliness and how to take time out for yourself and much more.

We have created this page of resources to help you find out more about mental health and the help that's available.
