Up to ten hours of effective relief from sinus congestion in an easy-to-use spray.

Sudafed sinus ease spray contains the active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride a topical decongestant that works within minutes to relieve sinus congestion. Sudafed can be used to relieve the symptomatic nasal congestion associated with the common cold, flu (influenza), sinusitis, allergic and non-allergic rhinitis.

Sudafed sinus spray is easy to use simply position the nozzle at the entrance of each nostril in turn and gently squeeze the bottom to spray and breathe in at the same time. Each metered spray gives an exact dose that will provide up to ten hours of effect relief.

Warnings and cautions

  • Keep out of the sight and reach of children
  • Do not exceed the stated dosage, 3 doses in a 24-hour period
  • Store in a cool dry place below 25°C
  • Consult your doctor before use if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes or overactive thyroid gland
  • Do not use if you have taken in the last two weeks medication for depression
  • Do not use if you have had neurosurgery
  • Like all medication, Sudafed nasal spray can have side effects although not everybody will experience them. Some side effects make include; nausea, headaches, local irritation such as burning, soreness, dryness, itching or sneezing
  • If you experience any side effects discontinue use and consult your doctor, pharmacist or nurse.

Pharmacy Medicines delivery

Pharmacy Medicines will need to be signed for by someone aged 18 or over. If there isn't anyone in who can sign for your order, you can change your delivery date using the courier's website or app. The pharmacy team may need to contact you by phone for additional information. Please ensure that the contact details you provide during checkout are correct. If they are unable to reach you, the order may be cancelled.

Unfortunately, your order can't be left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or diverted to a ParcelShop. The courier will try to deliver it three times before they return it to us.

Purchasing in bulk/high unit volume

Please note that when purchasing high unit volumes of single lines (10+ units) delivery promotions are null and void.
This is a result of high-volume orders not being able to be dispatched via our normal third-party fulfilment.
As a result for any excessive bulk orders of single lines, we will be in touch regarding your order to discuss further delivery costs that will be incurred.
